Effective November 8, 2026 · Nine Thrones is made by Florida Brand (“we”, “us”).

Health first. Nine Thrones is a game, not medical or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. XP, stats and minimum set times are game rules, not measurements of your health or fitness.

1. Using the app

By using Nine Thrones you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you download it from the App Store, Apple's standard licence for apps also applies. You must be at least 13 to create an online account.

2. Your safety

You choose your exercises, how many reps you do and how hard you push. Train within your limits, warm up, use safe form and a safe space, and rest when you need to. Don't let a timer, a leaderboard or a reward push you past what's safe for you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for injuries from exercise you choose to do.

3. Fair play

Online leaderboards and thrones only mean something if everyone's honest. Don't log sets you didn't do, tamper with the app or its requests, use other people's accounts, or exploit bugs. We may remove XP, leaderboard places or thrones earned unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that cheat.

4. Online and offline accounts

Online accounts are scored by our server. Offline accounts live only on your phone, have no limits, don't rank, and can never be transferred to an online account. Keeping an offline account backed up is up to you.

5. Thrones and rankings

Ranks, leaderboards and thrones are part of the game. We may adjust game rules, XP values, thresholds and requirements to keep the game balanced and fair, and we'll explain significant changes in the app.

6. Display names

Display names appear publicly. Don't choose one that's offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal information. We may change or remove names that break this rule.

7. Our content

The app, its art, text and game design belong to Florida Brand. Nine Thrones is an original game and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any book, comic, show or other company.

8. Availability

We work to keep the server running, but online play may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, pause or end features. The app is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and the app will tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
